The Roadshow Head personnel will oversee all Roadshow casuals and operations for both Upolu/Savaii, focusing on increasing customer base by converting non-Vodafone customers to Vodafone. Responsible for acquiring first time users, acquiring short term visitors and tourists visiting the Island. Identifying potential villages with good Vodafone coverage and increasing base. Target event opportunities for mass acquisition and assist and work with HR in recruiting roadshow manpower and maintain the approved manpower daily for activation.
As a RAN (Radio Access Network) Support Engineer, the responsible job holder will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our Radio Access Network infrastructure. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to RAN equipment, conducting network performance analysis, and implementing solutions to enhance network efficiency.
This position focused on general engineering designs and planning which involves all network
infrastructure elements/nodes. The role scope of responsibilities will be extended to analysis as well as management and engineering solutions
Responsible for providing accurate and effective quality assurance, customer reporting, and operational support by creating and documenting standards/practices used in the Vodafone Samoa network. Enforce such standards by completing inspections on installation and project build groups. Provide monthly reports to the Manager and ensure compliance and uniformity for all technical staff.
The job holder will be responsible for conducting regular checks and ensure maintenance of fleet vehicles; and assists
with providing sound reports to management regarding company fleet as well as with other Property and Assets functions.
