1. Promotion entry points:
   • Purchase any mobile prepaid bundle of $16 tala or more.
2. Eligibility:
   • All new & existing Vodafone mobile prepaid & postpaid-capped users.
   • Open to legal residents of Samoa aged 21 and over.
   • Tourists visiting Samoa and Vodafone staff or immediate families on Vodafone
     benefits are ineligible.
   • Router users or Wi-Fi plan purchases are also not eligible due to data-only
     feature.
3. Entry Mechanism:
   • Earn 1 entry point per tala spent (e.g., a $16 bundle purchase = 16 entry
     points).
   • Entries will not accumulate between eligibility periods for fortnightly draws.
     This means all entries will reset to zero for fortnightly prizes and draws.
4. Entry Points:
   • To check entries, text the word ‘CASH’ to 106 and receive a text message detailing your total entry points.
5. Prize Draws & Winner Verification:
   • Prizes will be awarded only after the winner's identity is verified via phone number and the presentation of a valid ID.
   • A winner’s prize will be forfeited if suitable proof is not provided.
   • If a winner cannot be contacted after three attempts, or eligibility is not met, a redraw will occur under GCA supervision.
6. Prize Collection & Requirements:
   • Prizes are not transferable. If a prize or part of a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an equivalent prize.
