1. Promotion Period
27th October 2026 to 16th March 2027.

2. Eligibility
- Prepaid customers only, purchasing prepaid mobile bundles $3 or more.
- Must be a legal resident of Samoa on the date of draw.
- Person must be aged 18 and over.
- Tourists visiting Samoa, Vodafone staff and their immediate families (parents, legal spouse, siblings & children) are ineligible.

3. Entry Requirements
- Purchase any Prepaid Mobile bundle for $3 or more.
- One tala ($1) equals one entry.
- Entries reset at the close of each fortnightly draw.
- An eligible customer can have multiple entries to a draw.

4. Notification of Entry Points
- Once the customer checks their entry, they will receive the confirmation text below:
Confirmation SMS: "Congratulations! You have (x) entries into 'Win a Share of $100,000' campaign. Thank you for choosing Vodafone."
- Customer can check the count of fortnightly entry points they have by texting "CASH" to 106.
- Short code 106 is zero-rated, and the word "CASH" is case-insensitive.

5. Prize Draws & Winner Verification
- Fortnightly Draws: Entries reset every two weeks and are conducted using a random selection tool (random.org) in the presence of a GCA representative.
- Winners will be drawn randomly and contacted via the mobile number provided for verification.
- Winners must present valid identification for prize collection and will forfeit the prize if suitable proof is not provided.
- If a winner cannot be contacted via phone call after three attempts, or eligibility is not met, a redraw will occur under GCA application.

6. Prizes to be Won
- Ten $10,000 cash fortnight draws ($100,000 total), Device and partner holiday voucher packages as an addition to cash giveaway.
- Partner Prizes: Subject to each partner's own terms and expiry. Not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Notification of the Winner
- The winner will be notified by phone call to the mobile number they entered the promotion into, within 2 business days after the draw. They will then be called in to the prize presentation the day after they have been verified.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity or proof of registration ownership to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
- If a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered.

8. Presentation Mechanism
- All prizes will be given to winners upon verification of both their identity by phone no. and valid ID.
- Winners must agree for their details and photograph to be taken and used for publicity purposes in relation to the Promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

- any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
- any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
- any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
- taking of and/or participation in the prize.

As a condition of accepting the prize, the winners must sign any legal documentation as and, in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
